Clue: OVP is this office.
After we finished the previous clue, we headed over to the Office of Volunteer Programs, located within the Illini Union. It is a small office on the second floor that is set up as a resource for students who wish to volunteer within the community. The office works as a bridge between students and outside organizations, giving students the opportunity to go off campus to help. The receptionist told us all about the Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, September 8th, that highlights programs that happen throughout the year. She went on to explain that two of their biggest events are the Holiday Toy Drive and Meet Volunteer Week. As we left, she encouraged us to spread the word about the office around campus, because not many people know about it.
